Activate Your Account Using Your Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
When you request an account to be activated,
your information is collected using our order form. When you submit the order form you will be transferred to Authorize.net using
their secure interface with the banking world. At Authorize.net you will enter your credit card number. All credit card info stays
securely on the bank's computer.
Account requests received Monday through Friday, hopefully will be set up within 4 to
24 hours. Requests received after 5:00pm on Friday, and those received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed as time allows throughout
the weekend, but always by 5:00 PM the following Monday.
Billing Due Dates:
The billing cycle for all accounts is 30 days. Account
activations are setup on a recurring billing basis. The credit card that you use to activate your account will be automatically
billed each month on the anniversary date of the account activation or there abouts.
Credit Card Billing Process:
Accounts are billed on a recurring basis on the aniversary of your account activation.
The credit card that was used to activate your account will be automatically billed each
month. If you need to change the credit card information for your account, you
must contact me immediately otherwise your monthly bill may not be processed correctly which may result in your hosting
account being de-activated. No exceptions !
All billing information changes will be used in the upcoming billing period.
Account Cancellations:
Should you decide to leave us, please visit our Account
Management Area and select the Account Cancellation option and complete the necessary information.
30 Day Money Back Refund Policy:
Regular Hosting Clients - Should you become unsatisfied with our services within the
first 30 days of your hosting account activation, DC Web Designs Group will refund your hosting fee.
Individual Reseller's, we can not be responsible for any fees that you charge your clients.
Cancellation Refunds:
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees to accounts canceling after their 30 day initial
account activation period.
